Vote on Ratifying Actions of the Incorporator: Bylaws, Conflict of Interest and Whistleblower policies
Doris Givens made a motion to ratify the resolutions, including the Bylaws Conflict of Interest and Whistleblower policies.
Joseph Sciame seconded the motion.
