Patricia Bramwell called a meeting of the board of trustees of Bedford Stuyvesant New Beginnings Charter Schools to order on Tuesday Oct 16, 2018 at 6:00 PM.

Victor Rivera made a motion to approve minutes from the September Board Meeting on 09-17-18 with corrections. September Board Meeting on 09-17-18.
Cecelia Russo seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

Victor Rivera made a motion to To adopt the FY18 audit report.
Doris Givens seconded the motion.
