A key element of the Federal Charter Schools Program Expansion Grant, administered by NYSED, relates to the Board's oversight of the program, should we receive the grant. Our application is required to "Describe how the school’s board of trustees will monitor and oversee the school’s management to ensure the grant program meets the goals and objectives set forth in this proposal."
Accordingly, the BSNBCS Board of Trustees must determine whether to pursue this expansion grant and the mechanism by which the Board shall oversee the the school's management of the grant program, consistent with the goals and objectives of the proposal. |
