Mission: Through rigorous instruction and positive character education, Aurum Preparatory Academy Charter School (“Aurum Prep”) educates all of its students, grades 6 – 8, to succeed in high school, college, and life and to serve as the next generation of moral leaders.

Vision:  At Aurum Prep, our vision is to develop successful high school graduates who will graduate college and become well-rounded, engaged citizens that transform their communities. Aurum Prep ensures that students are on a path to college, beginning in sixth grade. We believe all children, regardless of race, background, or socioeconomic status, can achieve at high levels.  Through a structured, disciplined, and academically rigorous environment, our students will be prepared to live a life of excellence, independence, and purpose. We will prepare our students to succeed in college and beyond by urgently pursuing rigorous academic goals, exposing them to life’s opportunities, and laying the foundation for strong, ethical character.

Overview of Aurum's cashflow over the next 6 months. 

Which approach to closing our cashflow concerns will we take:

1. Short Term Loan
2. Low-Interest Loan from Funders
3. If Low-Interest Loan from Funders does not come by _Xx_ date, defer to Short-Term Loan. 

Review the terms and decide if we should proceed with Charter School Capital for a short-term private loan.

Review and vote on the Aurum LCAP.
