Board Officer positions are approved annually, in accordance with Cascade Public Schools Bylaws. Holly Morris is completing her first, one-year term as Board Chair. The new term for Holly Morris as Board Chair would span July 1, 2021-June 30, 2022.

Proposed calendar reserves the fourth Monday of the month for regular board meetings (6:30-8:30pm), except in the month of December (second Monday of the Month) due to Winter Break.

The WNYA Board of Directors prides itself on working toward becoming an anti-racist organization. The Equity Plan outlines how WNYA will pursue this work during the 2021-22 school year. This plan will be submitted to WA Charters as a grant requirement.
