High School Updates
The committee discussed a leadership transition at the high school. The current principal will be transitioning to a teaching position to assist with vacancies in the classroom. Amy, CAO, will assume most of the principal duties, while additional operational tasks will be managed by Jonathan, COO.
Additionally, the high school is currently facing challenges related to student behavior, inconsistent systems, and staff concerns. Plans are being made to strengthen discipline policies, adjust the schedule, and reorganize classroom spaces to improve management of student movement and overall structure.

Parent Survey Results
High School
Recent parent survey results show a sharp decline in satisfaction with the high school compared to two weeks prior.
Only 50% of parents reported being satisfied, down from over 70% previously.
Parent comments mentioned concerns about safety, bathroom access issues due to vandalism, and a desire for more teacher communication.
The leadership team views this feedback as confirming the problems they were already aware of at the high school.
