D. Janes called a meeting of the board of trustees of Veritas Preparatory Charter School to order on Wednesday Apr 15, 2020 at 3:31 PM.

April Vacation
A. Mendelson made a motion to Approve the revised SY19-20 calendar as presented.
D. Ford seconded the motion.
We will forego the four scheduled days of April vacation and end the school year four days earlier on June 16th.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
