D. Fuller called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Veritas Preparatory Charter School to order on Thursday Jan 3, 2019 at 8:20 AM.

A.
Onboarding of new trustee
The committee discussed process for onboarding Ann Erichetti. The commitee nominates Ann, the VPCS board votes to approve her appointment then we will request approval from the Commissioner Riley. Ann becomes official once we receive his approval and can not vote or count toward quorum until that time.
B.
Board meeting content and strategic planning
Rachel shared outcome of recent planning session with SGP team and the committee discussed future expansion options and Rachel will bring this to the full board for a discussion at next meeting.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 9:15 AM.
