Call the Meeting to Order
R. Romano called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Veritas Preparatory Charter School to order on Thursday Aug 16, 2018 at 8:30 AM.

Approve Minutes
We do not have a quorum so we will vote to approve these minutes next month.
II. Other Business
A.
HVAC Project Update and Funding Report
Project is close to complete. The system will be running for the start of school on August 27th. Lisa will present the financial report to the board on August 24th.
B.
Development Discussion
We will table this conversation for the next Fin Com meeting. We will extend that meeting by 30 minutes to ensure there is time for all items.
