D. Fuller called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Veritas Preparatory Charter School to order on Thursday Aug 2, 2018 at 8:20 AM.

II. Governance

A. Annual Meeting Debrief

The committee discussed where we are in the process of recruiting new board members. We currently have 13 board members and our by-laws limit us to 15, so we only have two slots open at this time. All board members who were up for term renewals agreed.

The board discussed the attendance policy and David provided.
