D. Fuller called a meeting to order on Wednesday Apr 25, 2018 at 8:20 AM.

Minutes will need to be approved at next meeting.
II. Board Assessment Results

Continue discussion of board survey results and plan for next steps
D Fuller and A Mendelson discussed the powerpoint presentation that was provided by T Moran.
III. Trustee terms
A.
Assess trustee terms and plan for follow up
Committee reviewed terms. Further research is needed and will discuss again at the May meeting.
IV. Closing Items
A.
Adjourn Meeting
A. Mendelson made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
D. Fuller seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 9:31 AM.
