D. Fuller called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Veritas Preparatory Charter School to order on Thursday Mar 1, 2018 at 8:20 AM.

T. Moran made a motion to approve minutes from the Governance Committee Meeting on 02-01-18 Governance Committee Meeting on 02-01-18.
D. Fuller seconded the motion.

Feedback discussion on timing, logistics and survey question edits. Edits will be made and reviewed with the goal of sending to the members of the Board before the Board next meeting. The results of the survey will be discussed at the April Board meeting.
