Call the Meeting to Order
D. Fuller called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Veritas Preparatory Charter School to order on Thursday Feb 1, 2018 at 8:19 AM.

Approve Minutes
D. Fuller made a motion to approve minutes from the Governance Committee Meeting on 12-07-17 Governance Committee Meeting on 12-07-17.
T. Moran seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Status of Survey
T Moran discussed the status of the survey and handed out a sheet with a list of survey questions. Feedback from the committee was provided and discussed.

Adjourn Meeting
C. Alves made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
A. Mendelson seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 9:20 PM.
