  • Expanding Our Network – Identifying potential candidates through personal and professional connections.
  • Expert Insights from Aaron Mendelson – Gaining guidance on best practices for attracting and onboarding new Trustees.

The Board will review cash management solutions to protect funds exceeding the $250,000 FDIC insurance limit. 

 

Denise will provide an overview comparing the IntraFi (Insured Cash Sweep) product from PeoplesBank and the alternative cash management strategies presented by Seeley Howard.

 

This discussion will address key differences in security, liquidity, risk management, and potential returns, allowing the Board to evaluate the best approach for Veritas Prep. The Board will have the opportunity to ask questions and consider next steps.

Dr. Steve Mahoney, the incoming principal, will provide an in-depth report on the high school, focusing on key developments, upcoming initiatives, and areas of focus.
