The Governance Committee will review the updated Immigration Enforcement Response Policy and Protocol in light of recent changes to DHS guidelines. With the rescission of the previous policy protecting schools as designated safe spaces, we will assess our current response plan to ensure it aligns with best practices and legal obligations. The committee will determine whether to present the policy to the Board for a vote at the next meeting. |
