	A.	High School Athletics
		Rachel will be joined by Alyssa Dube, Fitness Teacher and Athletics Coordinator, to share plans regarding the new high schools plan to develop a competitive athletics program.
	B.	High School Athletics Vote
		Authorize Rachel Romano to apply for and accept Veritas Prep Charter School to become a member of the Pioneer Valley Interscholastic Athletic Conference (PVIAC) beginning in FY23.

	A.	Board of Trustees Strategic Priorities 5 Year Plan
		Rachel and Dale present the Draft of the Board's Strategic Priorities 5 year plan based on the October 28th strategic planning and individual board member feedback. These priorities will be discussed and the final draft will be voted on at the December meeting.
