Rebecca will share an update from the committees discussion around special ed compliance as the school just successfully completed tiered focus monitoring and DESE accountability for our current grades 5-8 and a look forward to how that changes with high school grades.

Trustees will have an opportunity to ask questions about the monthly financial statement and a revised FY21 budget based on our current financial projections for FY21. 

Denise and Matt will present a first draft of an investment policy for input and feedback. The goal is to have a draft to use to solicit proposals from investment managers through an RFP process. This will be the starting place for conversations with investment managers to guide our investment strategy. We will incorporate feedback from trustees and the selected investment manager to finalize a policy, pending the board's approval, that we will include in our fiscal policies and procedures later this fiscal year. 

Rachel will share an update on the Holyoke Public School's RFP process for the selection of the operator of VPH.

Rachel will share goals for FY21, benchmark progress and get input/feedback from trustees.
