SGP has challenged us with a matching grant and finance committee feels it is imperative that we get started. We will be doing some strategic planning over the next month and want to kick-off our development planning at the same time by launching an ad hoc committee. While the pitch and need statement will come from the strategic plan, we want to do some of the thinking around our fundraising strategy so we are ready to make some asks in this calendar year. |
