Amy will provide an update on hiring and staffing for the upcoming school year, including current vacancies, teacher retention, and Highly Qualified teacher status. The committee will review progress toward ensuring all instructional positions are filled with qualified educators and discuss any remaining areas of focus as the school prepares for the start of the year.

Amy will review preliminary MCAS data and discuss key trends in student performance across grades and subject areas. Because the data is not yet available for public posting, it will be shared with committee members via screen share during the meeting. The committee will discuss areas of strength, opportunities for improvement, and implications for academic priorities in the coming school year.

The committee will begin to reflect on the goals and priorities established for FY26, reviewing progress made, key accomplishments, and areas for continued focus. Building on this discussion and the academic data reviewed during the meeting, members will begin identifying priorities and potential goals for FY27. The committee will continue refining these goals at future meetings as additional beginning-of-year academic data becomes available.
