A. | Selection of an Auditor for the 19/20 School Year | |
The selection of an auditor is an annual requirement. Staff recommends continuing to work with CliftonLarsonAllen. CLA will change their audit staff per requirements in order to maintain a fresh look at the school. |

B. | CCPA Graduation Requirements | |
A draft of revised Graduation Requirements has been developed to better align to UC requirements and to specifically identify which courses are required. |

C. | Food Service Program | |
This is consideration of sending out an RFP to:
1) explore other options for vendors for food service 2) to add breakfast at a potential cost of $40,000/annually Background information will be shared as it becomes available. |

D. | Contract with Project Manager | |
This contract, with Dale Fahrion, covers project management services for several projects:
* Repair of the building * Prop 39 Energy Grant * Support for the Student Information System transition * Data analysis As feasible, related expenses will be funded by the credit line (building related work). |
