This policy will guide the process to enter into large contracts.

B. | Auditor Selection for 17/18 School Year | |
This is an annual board action. Staff recommendation to continue with CLM with the understanding that every few years, the lead auditor will be rotated so that we have a fresh perspective on our finances.

C. | New Teacher Project Memo of Understanding for 18/19 | |
This covers the new teacher induction program. The cost of this program has been covered by federal Title II funding in the past. |

D. | Delta Management System Contract for 18/19 | |
There are two options for contracts: a one year and two year, both at the same annual rate.
