A. | Approval of Re-occupancy of 260 W. Riverside Drive | |
Final clearance of the building has been received. The Board is asked to approve the re-occupancy of the building for the purposes of conducting school at 260 W. Riverside Drive. |

B. | Work Authorization for Temporary Repair of 260 W. Riverside Drive | |
The Board is asked to approve a contract in the amount of $22,972.27 dated 3/27/17 from Restoration Management Corporation to complete temporary repairs in order for school to resume. This would be an expense to Ceiba Public Schools that may be able recoverable in a settlement over damage to 260 W. Riverside Drive.

C. | Approval of J-13A Waiver | |
Ceiba is planning to apply to the California Department of Education for a waiver to cover the losses incurred by the school closure on February 21 through February 24. |

D. | Designation of Reserve for Science Classroom Remodel | |
The Board is asked to approve a resolution to designate $370,000 in donations currently in the 16/17 budget for the Science Classrooms remodel to a separate fund. This would ensure that the funds were not used for any other purpose than the Science Classrooms remodel. |

E. | Work Authorization for School Cleaning | |
The Board is asked to approve a contract in the amount of $17,000 dated 3/30/17 from Restoration Management Corporation to complete a deep clean of the building prior to classes resuming. This would be an expense to Ceiba Public Schools that may be able recoverable in a settlement over damage to 260 W. Riverside Drive. |

F. | Retainer Agreement with Attorney | |
The Board is asked to enter into a retainer agreement with Berding and Weil to provide legal counsel.
