Public Comment: We welcome students, staff, parents, and all members of the public to our meetings! Members of the public are invited to address the board at the beginning of each meeting and will also be given opportunity to comment on each agenda item during the meeting, under the direction of the Board Chair or presiding Member.

II. Closed Session - Executive Compensation

Discussion of Executive Compensation

C. Chambers made a motion to Move to closed session.
G. Pope seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
G. Pope made a motion to Move out of closed session.
C. Chambers seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

Board voted to approve change in head of school stipend.

III. Closing Items

G. Pope made a motion to Adjourn special meeting.
C. Chambers seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 12:25 PM.
