Franco & Associates are an architecture, planning, and design company who will take on the design requirements necessary for the CUP. This includes understanding if the project is viable and developing a conceptual plan regarding confirm site issues such as parking and circulation, service access, emergency vehicle access, and general landscape and open space areas and reviewing engineering scopes and establish extent of Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil design applicable to one selected scheme. |

Michael Woodward would be engaged to represent Libertas regarding land use and zoning entitlements. |

The proposal would provide the traffic study consulting services for the traffic impact of approximately 400 students. |

Brian Holman works with Music, Peeler & Garrett and would be working with us to draft the lease with World Impact. The COI is between Libertas and PCSD who also use Brian Holman for other projects. |
