Board is responsible for approving checks and EFT payments over $10K. This register shows payments exceeding $10K made directly out of the RISE Bank Account and Paid by Da Vinci that have a RISE-allocated share.

Revised to align with updated Fiscal Policies and Procedures Manual, the meal allowance for feild trips is now changed from $5 Breakfast/$7 Lunch/$10 Dinner/$22 Full Day Total to $8 Breakfast/$10 Lunch/$15 Dinner/$33 Full Day Total.

The revised Fiscal Policy is effective retroactively to 7/1/23. The revisions raise the current limit for School Meeting Meals (Professional Development or other meetings/events) from $8 per person to $19 per person, in line with IRS amounts, and to now require receipts for meal expenses associated with travel/conferences, similar to all other expenses for reimbursement.  In addition, also revised is the meal allowance for conference travel.  A Full day conference with no meals provided, employees can request up to $59 to be reimbursed. For a partial day conference or a full day conference with meals provided, employees can request up to $37 to be reimbursed. Previously these were set as $40 and $25 respectively, they now reflect the IRS 2023 rates.

The Da Vinci Schools: LA County Board of Trustees resolves to spend Da Vinci RISE 2023- 24 Education Protection Account (EPA) amount of approximately $24,000 solely on instructional, non-administrative expenses.
