Beach Cities is a Non-Public School that will provide daily education, counseling, parent counseling, speech therapy, and behavior support. Total amount not to exceed $76,283.80.

STAR of California is a non-public agency that will provide all-day behavior support and counseling at a total not to exceed $268,441.20.

This agreement is for work on the new space/second lease at the 550 Continental Blvd. campus.

 

Staff recommend approval of the Standard Form of Agreement Between Da Vinci Schools and Balian Architects, Inc. in substantially the form presented, subject to Da Vinci Schools staff working with Balian Architects to finalize the insurance and indemnification language in Article 7 of the Agreement.

One Professional Development Day has been moved from Friday, March 10, 2023 to Friday, March 17, 2023 to accommodate hosting the Los Angeles Southern Regional FRC Robotics Tournament.

Athletic Director D.R. Moreland has worked with staff and students on a pilot cheer program for 2022-23. Seed funding comes to $8,550 and is included in the 2022-23 budget.
