J. Boyd called a meeting of the board of directors of KIPP Memphis Public Schools to order on Thursday May 30, 2019 at 8:40 AM.

Tom Scheer provided welcome and explained the temporary office shift and the facility.

KMCS 2019-20 Budget
Greg Thompson provided an update on building a sustainable financial model for all of KIPP Memphis.
The vote to approve KMCS 2019-20 budget has been delayed. Another conference meeting will be planned to revisit the vote.

Richard Bailey gave a status update on wins/challenges and status of KTC.
Jyra joined as a guest to express her KIPP and life experiences - especially how KIPP supported her through high school and getting to college.
