2024-25 Operations Scorecard
Chief Phillips presented an update of the 2024-25 Operations Scorecard with the YOY increase for all schools. KIPP Memphis Collegiate High had a YOY increase of 9%.
B.
2025-26 Enrollment
Chief Phillips presented an update and overview of current student enrollment. As of November 13, 2025, KIPP Memphis Public Schools are at an overall enrollment of 1,031 which is above the budgeted enrollment of 1,004.
- Overall YOY Retention is 75%
- Overall Enrollment to Target is 82%

2025-26 Attendance
Chief Phillips presented an YOY update on attendance for all schools as follows:
- Overall attendance YTD is 92.0% with a YOY increase of 1.2%
- Overall absenteeism YTD is 35.0% with a YOY increase of 1.2%

Facilities Update
Chief Phillips presented an update on the Facilities Grants for all schools as follows:
- 2025-26 Public School Security Grant Per Pupil Allocations
- 2025-26 Charter School Facilities Grant Per Pupil Allocations
- Updates will be presented at the next committee meeting on the status of each project.
Chief Phillips presented a Facilities and Projects update for the new KIPP Cordova Elementary School.
- Discussed next steps, contingencies, challenges and location of the school.

Operations/Facilities Chairperson Comments
Committee Chair Worles expressed enthusiasm about the progress on the potential new school site and the transition into the due-diligence phase. She requested regular updates to the committee on any challenges or timeline adjustments and conveyed her appreciation for the team’s continued hard work.
