It is recommended that the KIPP Memphis Public Schools Finance Committee approve the revised contract amount to Facility Resource Center not to exceed $330,000.00 to provide program management services for KIPP Cordova Collegiate Elementary School. The contract amount is revised due to the change in the total school project costs and the timing of the overall project completion extending beyond 20 months.
