S. Barthelemy called a meeting of the board of trustees of International School of Louisiana Board of Trustees to order on Wednesday May 17, 2023 at 6:00 PM.

Approve January 2023 Board Minutes
N. Dixon made a motion to approve the minutes from January 2023 Board of Trustees Meeting on 01-18-23.
V. Cuiellette seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Financial Audit 2021-22 School Year

Form 990
ISL's Form 990, which allows us to retain our non-profit status, was filed on May 15.

Melanie Tennyson delivered the Head of School's report of recent activities and data.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:29 PM.

The audit for the 21-22 school year was completed and the report was presented to the Finance Committee. Auditors identified four areas for improvement and our staff have begun the corrective action process.
