Call the Meeting to Order

G. Briggs called a meeting of the Academic Achievement Committee Committee of Élan Academy Charter School to order on Wednesday Sep 30, 2026 at 5:06 PM.

Approve Minutes From July Meeting

A. Gonzalez made a motion to approve the minutes from Academic Achievement Committee Meeting on 07-29-26.
J. Thibodeaux seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

II. Academic Achievement Committee

A.

Review Beginning of the Year Testing Data

Ms. Jenkins provided the report. Math is the urgent gap and the school is working to provide additional supports to via tutoring and stronger intervention programs for students. 

B.

FYE 26/27 Goal Setting

The Academic Committee will identify additional supports (tutors) to help get students on track.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 5:39 PM.
