Call the Meeting to Order
J. Greenberg called a meeting of the board of directors of Beatrice Mayes Institute to order on Tuesday Mar 24, 2026 at 6:34 PM.

J. Keeton made a motion to approve the minutes from WEEA Board Meeting on 02-17-26.
G. Thomas seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

J. Keeton made a motion to Approve 2026-2027 District Calendar.
G. Thomas seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
- Vote to approve 2026-2027 District Calendar
- Discussed additional day added to the upcoming school year
- State will pay for summer enrichment
