  1. Professional Learning: All teachers have a personal professional development plan that includes a specific focus on their individual growth needs aligned w/ the needs of students, BMI's achievement goals, and T-Test goals in place for the 2023-24 school year.
  2. Complete an investigation into the feasibility of developing trade and technology pathways for middle and high school students.
  3. Complete an investigation into the feasibility of making the high school an International Baccalaureate school (offering the IB diploma), or an Advance Placement (AP) focus school, dual credit, or some form of hybrid.
