Call the Meeting to Order
T. Davis called a meeting of the board of directors of GEO Academies: GEO Academies Louisiana to order on Thursday Jul 10, 2025 at 3:35 PM.

Approve Minutes
J. Ready made a motion to approve the minutes from GEO LA Board Meeting on 06-26-25.
K. Moore seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Update regarding GEO Prep Baker

A.
Approval of the lease agreement with East Baton Rouge Parish Schools
J. Dunnam made a motion to Approve the lease as presented.
J. Ready seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
B.
Discussion and Approval to Submit a Material amendment to move the school's location to the former White Hills Elementary School (5300 Bentley Dr., Baker, LA.)
J. Dunnam made a motion to Submit the material amendment to BESE to reflect GEO Prep Baker's move from 13855 Plank Road to 5300 Bentley Drive, Baker, LA 70802 effective July 1, 2025.
K. Moore seconded the motion.
It is noted that the Bentley Dr. location is owned by East Baton Rouge School Board and is the form White Hills Elementary School location.
