P. Egwuekwe called a meeting of the board of directors of Green Dot Public Schools Tennessee to order on Monday Apr 26, 2021 at 5:32 PM.

II. GDPST Operations
A.
Bluff City High School Charter Contract
M. Quaile provide the GDPST Board with information regarding transferring the remaining one (1) year of Bluff City High School's Charter Contract from the State Board of Education to the Tennessee Public Charter School Commission.
C. Simmons made a motion to approve the resolution for the Charter Agreement for Bluff City High School with the Tennessee Public Charter School Commission.
L. Neal seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
