Call the Meeting to Order
L. Neal called a meeting of the board of directors of Green Dot Public Schools Tennessee to order on Monday Aug 17, 2020 at 4:02 PM.

II. GDPST Operations
A.
GDPST Busing Proposal
Mr. Peñaranda provided the Board with a GDPST busing overview and a proposal to partner with Transpar for in house busing.
M. Thiry arrived.
L. Neal made a motion to approve a Resolution of the Board of Directors of Green Dot Public Schools Tennessee to approve creation of an internalized school busing operation.
T. McKnight seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
III. GDPST Leadership Updates
A.
2020-21 School Year
At the request of Chair Neal, Dr. Quaile provided the Board with a brief update regarding the first week of the 2020-2021 school year.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 4:56 PM.
