L. Neal made a motion to approve the minutes from Board Meeting on 03-11-20.

Approve GDPST FY21 Budget
S. Ayala reviewed the GDPS Budget Executive Summary with the Board. D. Peñaranda updated the Board on the GDPST FY21 Budget.
L. Neal made a motion to approve GDPST FY21 Budget.
E. Nenon seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

C. Walker and D. Weston reviewed GDPSN Development updates with the Board.
V. GDPST Leadership Team Updates
A.
GDPST COVID Updates
M. Quaile informed the Board of GDPST updates related to COVID-19 and plans for addressing future concerns. J. Hudgins reviewed GDPST distance learning highlights and survey takeaways. J. Rodgers updated the Board on GDPST current 2020-2021 enrollment and re-enrollment data. D. Peñaranda updated the Board on COVID-19 finance and operations, specifically related to GDPST's technology plan and safe school operations. R. DeMagistris updated the Board on human capital efforts during COVID-19, specifically related to recruitment and retention.

Fairley High School
M. Quaile provided the Board with updates on the SY20-21 Fairley High School fresh-start.
