Call the Meeting to Order
L. Neal called a meeting of the board of directors of Green Dot Public Schools Tennessee to order on Thursday Apr 23, 2020 at 5:15 PM.
II. GDPST Financials
A.
GDPST FY19 Tax Returns
Mr. Thomas updated the Board on GDPST's proposed FY20 Audit Contract and FY20 Audit Contract GASB. Mr. Thomas also updated the Board on GDPST's FY19 Annual Tax Return.
T. McKnight made a motion to approve GDPST FY19 Tax Return.
L. Neal seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
E. Nenon made a motion to approve GDPST FY20 Audit Contract.
L. Neal seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
