Call the Meeting to Order
N. Olisma called a meeting of the board of directors of Ivy Hill Prep Charter School to order on Thursday Jun 27, 2024 at 5:37 PM.
N. Olisma made a motion to approve the minutes from Board of Trustees Meeting - Ivy Hill Prep on 06-24-24.
M. Kane seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

Mr. Parker shared the current financials for IHP. A discussion was held about the changes in financials. The operating cash was reviewed with the board. A question was asked about personnel line item. A discussion was held about retention increases for staff.

24-25 Budget Approval
A. Laniyan made a motion to Approve budget for 24-25.
W. Nevins-Warden seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
