Enrollment/Staffing
- Discussed action plan to increase staffing certification numbers

NYSED
- Draft action plan for NYSED renewal was discussed. Trustees to provide feedback by EOD Thursday.

Board Recruitment
- Potential trustee to observe Monday's board meeting.
- Roster is approaching capacity.

HOS Items
- School make-up day to be finalized due to emergency closure
