N. Olisma called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Ivy Hill Prep Charter School to order on Monday Apr 8, 2024 at 1:22 PM.

Enrollment/Staffing
- 90% of student intent forms have been returned
- discussion on teacher certification and staffing plans for AY24-25
B.
NYSED
- NYSED draft report is in the final stages of review.
C.
Board Recruitment
- Board now has three new members. Two additional potential trustees pending and one potential trustee has entered the pipeline
- Board retreat date to be finalized- end of June (TBD)
D.
HOS Items
- Discussion about handbook changes
- Discussion on mandated annual trainings
