N. Olisma called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Ivy Hill Prep Charter School to order on Tuesday Feb 14, 2023 at 1:15 PM.

Charter Revision Submission
- School visit report still TBD. IHP is waiting to be given a new NYSED contact as former one has retired.

Compliance/Reporting
- School team is on track for submitting upcoming required reports.

Committee Goal Work/Action Plan
- Governance committee goals are tied to HOS' vision already established. No further strategic questions need to be identified.
III. Other Business

School Update
- DOO provided a reminder/overview of current on-going marketing strategy; targets and student application count was also shared.
