N. Olisma called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Ivy Hill Prep Charter School to order on Tuesday Jan 10, 2023 at 1:17 PM.

Charter Revision Submission
- Revisions will need to be build into the renewal process. Follow-up with NYSED in progress.

Compliance/Reporting
- Past due reports are now current.
- More info needed on student digital resource reporting

Staff Handbook
- Updated PTO policy shared. Board to approve during Jan. Board meeting.
D.
Committee Goal Work/Action Plan
- On-going. HOS has another potential Trustee candidate
