N. Olisma called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Ivy Hill Prep Charter School to order on Tuesday Sep 13, 2022 at 1:20 PM.

Board recruitment
- There are two additional board member prospects.
- Discussions around approach to obtain additional prospects:
- Asking current board members for individuals in the field of finance, development, legal and instruction

IHP Employee Files
- TEACH access is confirmed
- HOS to give further update in the coming weeks

Compliance/ reporting
- Upcoming Fall Visit
- Board members should be available.
- HOS to confirm date after touching base with NYSED contact
- Prep Needed: TBD- Collection of materials
- Public hearing needed for any charter changes before board of regents can approve.
- Enrollment Review
