A. Jimenez-Schulman called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Ivy Hill Prep Charter School to order on Tuesday Aug 9, 2022 at 1:15 PM.

A.
Board recruitment
- There is an additional board prospect from Brooklyn who has experience in communication and marketing. He may sit in an upcoming academic and finance meeting.
- HOS will connect committee with another prospect
- Two recent board prospects should be official members next month; all documentation has been submitted.
B.
Follow-up items from Board Retreat
- David from Ed Board Partners joined to facilitate follow-up items from the Board retreat
- Committee reviewed and discussed potential goals and ranked top three priorities
- David will support mapping out three finalized goals
III. Other Business

Compliance/ reporting
- HOS shared status of upcoming reporting due.
B.
Personnel Investigation
- HOS and Committee reviewed current personnel investigation protocols
- HOS and Committee aligned on best practices
