HOS Report
- Need to reset/ standardize practices around benchmark assessments
- Re-align emphasis on Math
- Mid-STEP rounds coming up for off-grade level students
- Weekly reading mastery to give teachers feedback/ adjustments

2022-23/24 Org charts
- ACTION: AC to add notes/ updates on draft proposal and share with AJS and Finance Committee for April approval
- Preview to NYSED
- Consideration of alternative plan, especially for 2022-23, if needed

School Events
- Will re-share framing and context in Board meeting
- Shared accountability for ensuring Trustee attendance
