- Committee work will focus on bringing on additional Board members
- Refining process
- Clarity on role for each Board member

- ACTION: Ms. Coleman and Ms. Williams to have proposal ready for review in appropriate committee spaces in April at latest
- ACTION: Preview to Authorizer

Family voice
- May need additional support to re-launch and get strong family support and participation
- Communication has gone out to families to solicit interest
- More targeting outreach coming
- ACTION: school to revisit upcoming reporting deadlines
