A. Jimenez-Schulman called a meeting of the Academic Achievement Committee of Ivy Hill Prep Charter School to order on Wednesday Dec 15, 2021 at 6:02 PM.

II. Academic Achievement
A.
HOS Report
- Potential backfill in 3rd grade in January; management feels confident in doing so
- Recruitment is slow based on limited access to pre-schools (COVID-19 related)
- COVID-19 protocols
- Revisit weekly testing mandate for staff after holiday season
- Still enforcing mask wearing for staff and students
- Students are receiving all related services regarding special education
- Staff turnover, in part related to hours (this is already being addressed in Governance)
- Need to revisit org chart to confirm needs long-term and align with charter
- ACTION: Management to provide draft to review in committee
- Additional support for 3rd grade, given vacancy
- Teacher/ curriculum support from coaches/ vendors and staff PD at start of January
- Evaluation of math curriculum to meet needs of students
- Pop-up vaccination site
