Staff hours
- Need to take into consideration minutes of instruction and ensure impact is not on instruction
- Staff input
- Disconnect between messaging and contract terms - need alignment

Family voice
- Going to be intentional about this process, looking at different options for family voice and working through that information in this committee forum
- Need to gather input and feedback from staff and families at the school level
- Also discuss with peer schools and NYSED
