A. Jimenez-Schulman called a meeting of the Academic Achievement Committee of Ivy Hill Prep Charter School to order on Wednesday Oct 13, 2021 at 4:35 PM.

A.
Goal setting
- ACTION - HOS to revisit staff data around start- and end-dates, attrition - sending raw data on all staff and updated report already generated by HOS
- ACTION - HOS to share all instructional goals presented, including how it maps to charter goals
- ACTION - HOS to add "on grade level" designation for the chart for literacy, in addition EOY target
- ACTION - HOS and DoSS to provide baseline data to support drafting of cohort goals (students with us for 2+ years, students with IEPs, students who are ELLs) - data points to start with should be % on grade level, by grade, for students with IEPs and students who are ELLs in Year 1 and Year 2
